This is an appointment inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. We review your preferred time and treatment before contacting you. Walk-ins and consultation-only appointments are not available.

We reply through your selected channel within 24 clinic hours (10:00–20:00 KST).

We arrange appointments in writing in your chosen language. Page translations do not include medical interpretation. If you need an interpreter for treatment, please bring one.

Open daily 10:00–20:00 KST · Last reception 19:30. Start times depend on your treatment and the clinic’s schedule.

3. Review & submit

Your appointment is confirmed after you acknowledge the policy, payment is verified and the clinic sends a confirmation message. Submitting this form does not reserve a slot or start a payment deadline.

Deposit, payment & appointment policy

Deposit

The deposit is USD 110 per 30-minute slot (Qty 1), paid via PayPal. At your visit, KRW 150,000 per Qty is deducted from your treatment fee. This fixed deduction does not change with exchange rates.

Qty and payment

The Qty shown above is an estimate for each patient. After reviewing your treatment and schedule, the clinic sends your final Qty, USD payment amount and KRW deduction with the payment instructions. Your selections do not create a bill or reserve a slot.

Payment deadline

A provisional hold expires two hours after the clinic actually sends payment instructions. It may be adjusted for time-zone differences, and the expiry is always stated in Korea Standard Time (KST). If payment is not verified by then, the hold is released; late or unverified transfers are reviewed by staff.

Changes and cancellations

Until 48 hours before the appointment: changes are free. Cancellation refund — PayPal payments are refunded in USD minus PayPal's receiving fee (USD 110 paid → USD 104.86 refunded; USD 220 → 210.02; USD 330 → 315.18; USD 440 → 420.34). Payments by other methods are refunded minus the actual transfer or card fees incurred. Between 24 and 48 hours: one change only (deposit carried over), no cancellation refund. Within 24 hours or no-show: deposit forfeited.

Refund exceptions and carryover

Cancellation by the clinic, or treatment deemed unsuitable after examination: full refund of the original payment (PayPal payments are returned in full in USD; the clinic's fees are not deducted). Documented flight cancellation or entry denial: one carryover. A carried-over deposit must be used within six months; cancellation after carryover is non-refundable.

Arrival

Your appointment time is the treatment start time. Please arrive ten minutes early. If you expect to be late, notify us immediately via the agreed messenger. Up to ten minutes late with advance notice: treatment proceeds as planned. Without notice, consultation and treatment may be limited even within ten minutes.

Late arrival

Over ten and up to fifteen minutes late: we first try to reschedule to an available time the same day; if none is available, the deposit is forfeited. Over fifteen minutes late: treatment cannot proceed and the deposit is forfeited.

Changes and fees

A schedule change is valid only after the clinic sends its confirmation. Payment and refund fees are the actual fees of the chosen method; no unconfirmed flat fee is applied.

Currency and payment methods

USD 110 is the actual amount charged; it does not mean USD 110 always equals KRW 150,000 at market rates. Exchange-rate differences are neither charged nor refunded. Refunds are issued in the payment currency (USD) through the original transaction. If PayPal is not available to you, we will separately arrange Alipay, an overseas card, or a SWIFT bank transfer.

Last inquiry start time: 19:30 KST. The clinic confirms suitable start times for treatments requiring multiple slots.
